定律:
畢爾沙發定律: 當電流經電線,或一群空間中的電子往某個方向前進,就會產生磁場
畢爾沙發定律是用來算磁場大小跟方向
此方程式為總結實驗結果所得

安培定律: 跟高斯定律有幾分相似
同樣都是在對稱情況下才能計算的方法
同樣需要”封閉”性質,但高斯是”封閉曲面”(體);安培是”封閉路徑”(面)
